Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-days return policy. It means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for return:
1. items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
2. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
4. Returns must be sent to: Suite 06, 2nd Floor, Shinwari Plaza, Nasir Bagh Road, Peshawar, Pakistan.
5. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
